Bismillah Assalamua'alaikum semua!  Numi harini nak bercakap tentang fitness untuk wanita. Haaa! kita ni sebagai wanita, kalau nak pergi gym je mesti ada kekangan bukan. Yelah, seperti yang kita sedia maklum biasanya yang mendominasikan gym adalah kaum Adam. Kaum Hawa lebih-lebih lagi yang Muslimah tu jarang kita nampak nak ke gym. Oleh itu, mereka lebih selesa bergym dirumah. Masalah utama kalau bergym dirumah adalah tiada motivasi.  Senaman ini menguatkan otot Peha dan betis. Buat exercise kenelah dengan senyuman Baiklah, Numi baru-baru ni, discover gym khas untuk wanita tau. Nama gym : Curves Malaysia. Bismillah Assalamua’alaikum. For those who want to find a nice and warm place to chill out with their buddies, The Ballroom at NuSentral may be the right answer for that. Laft Friday, it was the grand opening for the new outlet The Ballroom at NuSentral. It was located at Level 4 NuSentral. If you have the difficult time to find where is this NuSentral, just head to KL Sentral because it is located near or can I say it is connected with KL sentral.   The Ballroom offers many activities such as Bowling, Karaoke, Pool Game and Dart with affordable price. For me, the bowling lane was amazing. They have about 20 lanes available for everybody and a tip for that, make sure to bring your own socks ya. ;)  I just played half game with Sally. And here we are, at Pak John Steamboat and BBQ at E-Curve for a food review. I was so lucky to be selected to do a food review on the food that are special in Pak John Steamboat and BBQ . Let us start: 1. Location There are two location of Pak John Steamboat and BBQ,  (i) At Wangsa Walk Mall and (ii) eCurve Mall The accommodation of the outlet is very big, and comfortable. 4700 square feet of spaces that can fit in at least 260 visitors in a time.
