So these are the list of brand that KGS can offer, but for
me a good t-shirt must me soft, cool to wear, and have attractive colors. I don’t
mine to have good quality of product with a higher price, because it worth the
money.
Next I will explain to you the types of printing. There are
6 types of printing available:
Basic printing (DYEs, they have two types of dyes; rubber dye
and discharge dye)
Emborse (it’s give the effect of thicker, and timbul effect
of wordings or pictures)
Glow In the dark (this effect is so cool because when you’re
in dark place, the picture/words on the shirt glows, OMO2)
Glitter (this is cute, you can prints pictures with glittery
effect, available in many colours)
Hologram (this gives different effects
to the user, as the hologram just pop out on the shirts and make the user stand
out)
For the basic printing which uses rubber dye or discharge
dye, for your information rubber dye is just a paint that patch on the t-shirt
without absorbing into the cloth. For discharge dye, the paint absorbs into the
cloth and changes the color of the cloths.
The advantage on rubber dye is it cheaper compare to
Discharge dye. Disadvantage; easy to peel of when regular washing.
Advantage for discharge dye: it will not peel of throughout
the years, although regular washing .Disadvantage: higher price but good
quality of products. not suitable for Oren Sport Tees
Discharge technique
Think that is all about t-shirts that your
should know and about the price and promotions; Prices are different with every
types of brand, printing effects and type of dyes that you want to use. Gildan’s
has higher price (about RM20), Foursquare (around RM14) and orange sports (PM them)
